Dim Sum - London Style

Living in London puts some restrictions on the authenticity and quality of Chinese cuisine we can eat. Thank goodness for my pops - he always manages to provide me with months worth of home cooked meals (ie. pho, bun bo hue, etc) by cooking big pots of my favorites and aliquoting them into freezable containers. He also never fails to replenish my supply of frozen dim sum (which, unfortunately, he does not make). It may not meet the standards of restaurant-style dim sum, but it's pretty damn close - and best of all, the taste is always a reminder of Saturday family outings to Toronto.
