Now, that's my kind of research.

We had pita pizza for dinner last night and it was such a success that I think we're going to make it a weekly event. Toppings included: artichoke hearts, olives, chicken and mozzarella cheese. There was a debate as to whether cheese should come before or after the toppings, so I performed a mini-experiment:
Method: on the first half of the pita, I laid out cheese and then added toppings, while on the other half I laid cheese over toppings
Result: First half was difficult to eat as the toppings kept falling off, nor was it visually pleasing. Second half was held together nicely, and the cheese was kind of crispy.
Conclusion: I like it on top.
