Meet Lou

Lou (right) is a tenant living at my parents' home. My conversations with him are usually short and involve me doing most of the talking as he is very shy. Freddy (left) is the complete opposite so it was interesting to see these two interact. In the end, Lou had come out of his shell.

Lou is a master cook, but he would never admit it. Here are his perfectly folded won-tons.
