Last week Adriana and I pulled another late one to make egg tarts. Despite the 2am 'spill' - in which pulling the finished tarts out of the oven failed miserably and resulted in the loss of one of our men (SPLAT!) - I still see the outcome as a success. I will say (without the slightest hint of bias) that they tasted excellent! Ad, next time we should remember to fold the crust before kneading so that we get more of a Portuguese egg tart rather than a Chinese one -_-"
