Chocolate-dipped macaroons at Pain Quotidien have inspired me to start a Sawnsawn Top Pastry list. I've always wanted to have a pastry list but was prevented by my lack of familiarity in the pastry area. However, being among pastry lovers has given me enough exposure to fill this niche.
