This is my very first potato salad that I made last week. I really wanted to blog about it but was advised not to post this photo because it kind of looks disgusting (only in the photo though! the pic definitely does not do it justice). Anyways, I was, and still am so happy about my potato salad because it tasted so damn delicious. I finally decided to post it today after looking at the photo again, and realizing that instead of thinking about how gross it looked, I actually thought about how proud I was to accomplish a caucasian dish! :) Here's what I used in it: 5 red potatoes, 4 hard boiled eggs, celery, mayo and lots of dill pickle ;). 4.8/5 sss for sawnsawn's potato salad.
