This post is coming a little late, but I felt like my first ribfest experience was well-worth documenting. I can sum up the experience in one word: wonderful. The ribs were soooo good that I actually licked my fingers - rarely do I ever lick my fingers (even the thought of it makes me cringe). The ribs we ordered were made by a group that travelled all the way from Florida who have apparently won the award for "Best Ribs in USA 2007". I don't know how legitimate that sign was, but I was pleased with what I got. I see no reason in why I shouldn't give the ribs a 4.9/5.0 sss.
I can't think of anybody else I'd rather eat ribs with!
