Birthday festivities took place at Bedford Academy, a bar-bistro-pub. I usually find it too difficult to carry out conversation at places like this because the music is usually too loud, or because the lighting induces sleep, but this place was excellent. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, but this might have had to do with my company.
I go home to this everynight. Lucky me!
