For those of you wondering: this is how I spend my weekday mornings. Starting at 8:30 it's just me and my english books in my private office. I have this online discussion board that I have to contribute to 3 times a week. I'm supposed to say something insightful about the assigned reading, guide the discussion into a new direction, and clarify questions that students might have regarding my input. Each post takes me about 1hr to 1.5hr hours to write. And all of this is worth only 10% of my final grade. Someone remind me why I decided to take an English summer course again?Maybe I should refer the prof to my blog to maybe get some bonus points for extracurricular writing.
